Yayasan spiritia merupakan salah satu Principle recipient (PR) yang menerima dana hibah Global Fund dalam mendukung upaya-upaya kegiatan pogram HIV AIDS dan TB di Indonesia, baik dalam pencegahan, dalam memperluas akses pada pengobatan, perawatan dan dukungan. Juga memberikan dukungan penguatan kepada komunitas populasi kunci. Upaya tersebut diimplementasikan di 141 kabupaten/kota di 34 provinsi di Indonesia
