Perdagangan merupakan salah satu sektor utama penopang perekonomian di Kota Pasuruan sebagai penyumbang PDRB paling tinggi sebesar 28,7% pada tahun 2018. Pertumbuhan sektor perdagangan mulai tahun 2016 – 2018 terjadi peningkatan. Meningkatnya sektor perdagangan akan mem¬percepat pertumbuhan ekonomi dan memberikansumbangan yang cukup berarti dalam penciptaan lapangan usaha serta perluasan kesempatan kerja dan peningkatan pendapatan.
