Di zaman yang modern seperti saat ini, kemajuan teknologi sangat berkembang pesat sehingga segala sesuatu dapat dibuat dengan mudah, salah satunya jajanan makanan atau Street Food. Dengan adanya teknologi yang canggih, masyarakat dapat menekan biaya produksi di dalam proses pembuatan makanan dengan cara menambahkan bahan tambahan makanan yang tidak sesuai dengan syarat mutu pangan yang telah ditetapkan ataupun menggunakan bahan makanan yang sudah tidak memiliki kualitas yang baik dengan tujuan agar konsumen dapat mengkonsumsi makanan tersebut dengan harga yang murah, namun tanpa memikirkan kualitas serta kandungan gizi yang ada di dalam makanan tersebut. Pada kesempatan kali ini, kami memiliki motivasi untuk melakukan observasi lapangan mengenai makanan yang digoreng dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan, cara penanganan bahan-bahan baik bahan yang masih mentah maupun yang sudah matang, bahaya dan resiko terhadap kesehatan jika mengkonsumsi makanan tersebut, dan untuk memberikan informasi penting terkait dengan makanan tersebut.

In modern times like today, technology advances very rapidly growing so that everything can be made easily, one hawker food or Street Food. With its sophisticated technology, the public can suppress the production cost in the process of making food by way of adding a food additive does not comply with the terms of the quality of food that had been set or use the groceries that already do not have good quality with the goal of keeping the consumer can consume these foods at low prices, but without thinking of quality and nutrient content in these foods. On this occasion, we have the motivation to do field observations about fried foods with the purpose to know the process of making, the way of handling the materials good raw materials as well as the already cooked, hazards and risks on health if the ingestion, and to provide important information associated with these foods.

With the advanced technology, people can reduce the cost of production in the food manufacturing process by adding food additives that are not in accordance with the terms of food quality that has been set or using a food that already do not have good quality in order that consumers can consume food such a cheap price, but without thinking about the quality and nutritional content contained in these foods. On this occasion, we have the motivation to make a field about fried foods in order to determine the manufacturing process, handling of materials both materials that are still raw and cooked, hazards and risks to health by eating these foods, and to provides important information relating to these foods.
