Tujuan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah

Tujuan penulisan karya tulis ilmiah ini untuk mengetahui bahan yang menghasilkan bioetanol yang paling tinggi, waktu fermentasi paling optimum, dan mengetahui perolehan hasil tertinggi bioetanol. Bioetanol bersumber dari limbah kulit Nanas, kulit Pisang, jerami padi, ongkok, ampas kelapa muda segar, ampas tebu, dan biji buah Alpukat. Bioetanol digunakan sebagai sumber energi alternatif baru untuk mengatasi krisis bahan bakar di Indonesia, khususnya bahan bakar premium. Proses pembuatan bioetanol terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu tahap persiapan, fermentasi (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) dan distilasi. Untuk dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan bakar kadar bioetanol harus diatas 90%. Sehingga didapatkan hasil dari dari perbandingan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa bioetanol tertinggi dihasilkan dari ampas kulit kelapa muda (95%) dengan waktu fermentasi tercepat (4 hari).

The purpose of writing a scientific paper is to find out the ingredients that produce the most high bioetanol, most optimum fermentation time, and knowing the highest results tally bioetanol. Bioetanol sourced from waste leather pineapple, banana peels, rice straw, ongkok, fresh young coconut husks, sugar cane husks, Avocado fruit and seeds. Bioetanol is used as an alternative energy source for the fuel crisis in Indonesia, particularly the premium fuel. Bioetanol-making process consists of three stages, namely the stage of preparation, fermentation (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and distillation. To be utilized as fuel levels bioetanol must be above 90%. So the obtained results from the comparison can be drawn the conclusion that the highest bioetanol produced from young coconut skin dregs (95%) with the fastest fermentation time (4 days).

Bioethanol comes from leather waste Pineapple, Banana peel, rice straw, ongkok, fresh young coconut pulp, bagasse and Avocado fruit seeds. Bioethanol is used as a new alternative energy resource to tackle the fuel crisis in Indonesia, especially premium fuel. Bioethanol production process consists of three stages: stage preparation, fermentation (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and distillation. To be used as fuel grade ethanol must be above 90%. So we get the results of the comparison can be concluded that the highest amount of bioethanol produced from coconut bark pulp (95%) with the fastest fermentation time (4 days).
