Kompetensi pedagogi guru harus terus ditingkatkan. Kepala sekolah dan dinas pendidikan harus terus memperhatikan kompetensi guru agar tidak menurun. Guru harus terus diberi kesempatan untuk mengikuti pelatihan dan bisa bergabung di MGMP bidang studi.
