Dasar keinginan pemakai smartphone sekarang berbeda dengan saat ponsel pertama kali diperkenalkan. Kalau dulu telepon genggam hadir dengan ukuran yang sangat besar, kemudian orang ingin agar ukurannya diperkecil. Alasannya supaya muat dan mudah disakukan. Sekarang, kebanyakan orang mendambakan layar smartphone yang semakin besar, karena kebutuhan akan multimedia, web browsing, chatting, membaca email, berita dan sebagainya akan lebih terpuaskan di layar berukuran lega. Sayangnya, ukuran tangan manusia sebenarnya tidak berubah sehingga perangkat dengan layar besar akan menimbulkan masalah baru saat harus dipegang. Tentunya ini adalah tantangan yang cukup berat untuk menyeimbangkan dua elemen yang bertolak belakang tersebut.

This is certainly a tough challenge to balance the two elements of the opposite.
