traditionally the mango leaves arumanis used by people to treat various diseases, one of which is as anti diabetic. this research aims to know the activities of extracts from leaves of mango arumanis and do know the most effective dose as the anti diabetic on mice. the research was conducted using the oral glucose tolerance test method that induced glucose with a dose of 3.9 g/kg murine murine divided into 6 groups, the negative control, positive control, comparison glibenklamid with a dose of 1.3 mg/kg murine mango leaf extract and test with successive doses of 2.1 mg/20 g bb murine, 4.2 mg/20 g bbmencit, and 8.4 mg/20 g bb House mouse. the parameters observed was a decrease in blood glucose levels. results in may showed that mango leaf extract with dosisi 8.4 mg/20 g bbmencit able to m, enurunkan blood glucose levels greater than the dosisi test the other 180 minutes. statistical tests using ANOVA with a 95% confidence interval (alfa = 0.05) showed the distinction meaningful decrease in blood glucose levels on the dosisi compared to the positive control. Mango leaf extract with a dose of 8.4 mg/20 g bb mice compared to glibenklamid comparison showed the absence of meaningful difference. the results of this research mengidikasikan mango leaf extract that arumanis potentially as diabete.key words: leaf mango arumanis, anti diabetic, glibenklamid, oral glucose tolerance test

arumanis mango leaves are traditionally used by people to treat various diseases one of them is as antidiabetes.penelitian aims to determine the activity of mango leaf extract arumanis and know the most effective dose as an antidiabetic in mice. the study was conducted using oral glucose tolerance test glucose induced a dose of 3.9 g / kg bw mice mice were divided into 6 groups: negative control, positive control, comparison glibenclamide at a dose of 1.3 mg / kg bw in mice and test extract mango leaves with successive doses of 2.1 mg / 20 g bb mice, 4.2 mg / 20 g bbmencit, and 8.4 mg / 20 g bb mice. parameters measured were a decrease in blood glucose levels. the results can indicate that extracts of mango leaves with a dosage of 8.4 mg / 20 g bbmencit able m, enurunkan blood glucose levels greater than dosisi another test at minute 180. The statistical test using ANOVA with 95% confidence interval (alfa = 0.05) showed a significant difference in reduction in blood glucose levels in these dosage compared to the positive control. mango leaf extract at a dose of 8.4 mg / 20 g bb mice compared to the benchmark glibenclamide showed no significant difference. the results of this study indicate that arumanis mango leaf extract has potential as an anti diabete.
