Thn 2015 saat silicon digital technology terbentuk, para pemegang saham transfer ke SDT, tapi pada saat pembuatan akta pendirian SDT, nama pemegang saham yg tercantum adl nama PT lain, dan bkn nama grace, akhirnya di bentuklah perusahaan baru yaitu SDI dgn nama pemegang saham atas nama pribadi (grace dan lain2). Pd 2016 baru dana yg masuk ke SDT di trf ke SDI. SDT dan SDI adl 2 PT yg beda, kepemilikan Grace hanya pada PT SDI.
