Physiotherapy MANAGEMENT IN CONDITIONS WITH MODALITIES Dextra supraspinatus tendinitis ULTRASOUND, MYOFACIAL RELEASE AND THERAPY TRAINING

This study was carried out in hospitals Bendan Pekalongan with descriptive analytic methods to determine the assessment and changes that can be seen using the VAS research instruments for checking pain, palpation to check spasm. Goneometer to measure LGS, MMT to check for muscle strength, tubsIn to assess functional activity. After the therapy 6 times showed a reduction in pain is pain silent T1 = 1 at the T6 = 0, tenderness T1 = 3 T6 = 1, pain motion T1 = 7 at T6 = 3, decrease muscle spasm T1 = 1 at the T6 = 0.
