berhasil menunjukkan source credibility, artinya menjadi sumber kepercayaan
bagi komunikan. Kepercayaan komunikan kepada komunikator ditentukan oleh
keahlian komunikator dalam bidang tugas pekerjaannya dan dapat tidaknya ia
dipercaya.
