Ketetapan pasal 25 ini berlaku juga bagi Yahudi Bani al-Najjâr, Bani al-Hârits, Bani Sâ’idat, Bani Jusyâm, Bani Aus, Bani Tsa’labat, Bani Jafnat keluarga Tsa’labat dan orang-orang dekat atau teman kepercayaan (bithânat) kaum Yahudi (pasal 26-35). Teks di atas mengandung maksud bahwa orang-orang Yahudi dan orang-orang Mukmin adalah umat yang satu sekalipun mereka berbeda agama. Tetapi, keduanya mempunyai kedudukan “paralel” dalam kehidupan sosial dengan memperoleh hak dan kewajiban yang sama dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sebagaimana ditetapkan oleh Piagam, seperti kebebasan beragama, hak keamanan jiwa, bekerjasama dalam kebaikan, dan memelihara keamanan kota Madinah.

The provision of article 25 shall apply also for the Jews of Banu al-Najjâr, al-Hârits Bani, Bani Sâ'idat, Banu Jusyâm, Banu Aus, Banu Tsa'labat, Banu Jafnat families Tsa'labat and those near or friend trust (bithânat) Jews (article 26-35). The text above contains the intention that the Jews and believers was the one though they are different religions. However, both have the position "parallel" in social life by acquiring the same rights and obligations in various aspects of life as defined by the Charter, such as freedom of religion, the right to security of the soul, kindness, and cooperate in maintaining the security of the city of Medina.
