Information technology in Class A1 Students of the Department of Informatics of Malikussaleh University is expected to be utilized to improve the quality of student learning by facilitating students with easy internet access so that it is easy to get information from online sites. However, the use of the internet is often misused by not using it to support learning, instead it is used to access social networking media and play games online. So that testing is needed to find out how the influence of the use of the internet on the interests and learning behavior of students in universities in the City of Lhoksmauwe by using the concept of the TRA (Theory of Reasoned Action) concept. The method of analysis in this study was conducted by referring to students from the sample which can then be concluded according to the data obtained about the use of the internet as a learning medium. The results of this study can be input for universities in the city of Lhokseumawe to maximize the use of the internet in support of students' interest and learning
