Memimpin pembuatan strategi migrasi Dual Data Center, workshop, dan pendampingan implementasi relokasi data center. Pendampingan dilakukan mulai dari pembuatan TOR untuk pencarian vendor relokasi, memimpin meeting koordinasi (antara klien, owner application, business partner dan vendor relokasi), pembuatan timeline relokasi dan mendampingi proses relokasi dengan update berkala kepada stakeholder untuk Salah satu Bank BUMN di Indonesia.

Results (English) 1:

Lead the creation of Dual Data Center migration strategies, workshops, and mentoring in data center relocation implementation. Mentoring is done starting from the creation of TOR for search vendor relocation, led a meeting Coordination (between the client, the application owner, business partner and vendor relocation), creation of timeline relocation relocation process and assist with regular updates to stakeholders for one of the STATE-OWNED Bank in Indonesia.
