Solusi yang ketiga adalah dengan sistem penjadwalan kendaraan parkiran di setiap fakultas Perguruan Tinggi. Sistem ini merupakan salah satu bentuk usaha dalam mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan bermotor di lingkungan kampus dengan membatasi penggunaan lahan parkir sepeda motor mahasiswa. Pembatasan tersebut berupa penjadwalan penggunaan lahan parkir yang dibagi berdasarkan hari dan program studi mahasiswa. Misalkan pada Hari 1 maka yang diperkenankan parkir dari Prodi A, Hari 2 untuk Prodi B, hari 3 untuk Prodi C, dan seterusnya. Pengaturan diwujudkan dalam bentuk stiker di kendaraan dan pemberian sanksi bagi yang melakukan pelanggaran. Pengelolaan dilakukan oleh BEM. Sistem ini telah diterapkan di Universitas Negeri Sebelas Maret.
