Manfaat penelitian ini secara teoritik adalah untuk memperluas wawasan dan khasanah ilmu pengetahuan dalam pengembangan industri konstruksi yakni penerapan strategi just-in-time, menemukan metode analisa yang tepat dalam mengidentifikasi keputusan penggunaan just in time, serta menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan Just-In Time pada penggunaan komponen pracetak untuk peningkatan produktivitas proyek konstruksi.

The benefits of this research in teoritik is to extend vocabulary knowledge and insight in the development of the construction industry i.e. the implementation of the strategy of just-in-time, find the right analysis method in identifying the decision the use of just in time, as well as analyzes the factors that affect the decision Just-In Time on the use of prefabricated components to increase the productivity of the construction project.
