– Senin (14/11) Sebagai wujud nyata komitmennya dalam meningkatkan kualitas SDM masyarakat Aceh Barat, PT Mifa Bersaudara melakukan penandatangan memorandum of understanding (MOU) dengan SMKN 2 (Kelompok Pariwisata) Kabupaten Aceh Barat dalam bidang penyiapan tenaga ahli dibidang akomodasi perhotelan, jasa boga dan patiseri yang tenaga ahlinya dibutuhkan juga oleh perusahaan tambang batubara vioner dan terbesar di Provinsi Aceh ini.

Dalam acara penandatangan MoU ini, PT Mifa Bersaudara diwakili oleh HR&GA Manager, Lisa Andayani sedangkan dari sekolah diwakili oleh Kepala SMKN 3 Meulaboh, Mega Handriyana, SPd. Penandatangan MoU yang dilaksanakan dihadapan siswa dan majelis guru ini disaksikan oleh Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Aceh Barat yang diwakili Kabid Program Disdik, Ir. Erwin Iberda, MT, External Relation Manager PT Mifa Bersaudara, Azizon Nurza, PR & Media Relation Coordinator, Nazaruddin A Gani dan HR Officer, Heri Kurniawan.

Kabid Program Disdik Kabupaten Aceh Barat, Ir. Erwin Iberda, MT didampingi Kepala SMKN 3 Meulaboh, Mega Handriyana, SPd mengucapkan terimakasih atas inisiatif ini. Biasanya sekolah yang memohon kesediaan perusahaan untuk membuat MoU, tapi kali ini perusahaan yang datang menawarkan kerjasama dengan sekolah. Kami yakin jika semakin banyak perusahaan yang peduli seperti PT Mifa Bersaudara maka proses peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia Aceh Barat segera akan terwujud.
