ABSTRAK

Siti Indriati Hana Sutrisno (113402263) “Pengaruh Kemampuan Kerja di Bagian Produksi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT Pratama Abadi Industri”. Pembimbing 1.C(DR) Ir.H.Nurjaya S.E.M.M , 2.Agustinus Pramudji S.E

Penelitian dilakukan pada PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi . Adapun tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan kerja karyawan di bagian produksi PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi, untuk mengetahui kinerja karyawan PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi, untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan kerja karyawan dibagian produksi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Pratama Abadi Industri Sukabumi.

Sampel pada penelitian in adalah random menggunakan rumus slovin sebanyak 100 orang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Metode Deskriptif dan menguji hipotesis dengan menggunakan analisis Rank Spearman. Dilakukan uji reliabilitas untuk mengetahui akurasi dalam pengukuran dan uji validitas untuk mengetahui apakah mengukur sesuatu dengan benar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh kemampuan kerja karyawan dibagian produksi di PT Pratama Abadi Industri dengan koefisien kolerasi sebesar 0.723.Nilai kolerasi ini berada diantara 0.76-1.00, hubungan ini termasuk kedalam kriterian hubungan yang sangat kuat. Adanya hubungan antara variabel kemampuan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan , memberikan teori yang ada serta membenarkan hipotesis penelitian yang penulis ajukan. Berdasarkan koefisien determinasi (KD) sebesar 0.522 yang artinya pengaruh kemampuan kerja (X) terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y) sebesar 52.22% dan sisanya 48.88% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.

Dari hasil perhitungan-perhitungan ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik kemampuan kerja semakin baik pula kinerja karyawan. Selain itu juga dilakukan uji t- untuk mengetahui apakah penelitian yang dilakukan menolak atau menerima hipotesis. Nilai t-hitung pada penelitian ini adalah 14.97 artinya t-hitung > dari t-tabel (14.97>2.000) dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hipotesis H0 ditolak dengan kata lain ada pengaruh dari kemampuan kerja karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

The study was conducted at PT Pratama Abadi Industrial Sukabumi. The purpose of this paper is to determine the ability of employees in the production department of PT Pratama Abadi Industrial Sukabumi, to determine the performance of employees of PT Pratama Abadi Industrial Sukabumi, to determine the effect the ability of employees part of production on the performance of employees at PT Pratama Abadi Industry Sukabumi.
