ABSTRACTSiti Indriati Hana Sutrisno (113402263) "the influence of the working Ability in Production Section on performance of employees of PT Pratama Abadi industry". The supervisor 1. C (DR) IR. h. Nurjaya S.E.M. M, 2. Augustine Pramudji s. EDoing research on PT Pratama Abadi Industry Sukabumi. As for the purpose of this thesis is to find out the capabilities of the employee at the production of PT Pratama Abadi Sukabumi Industrial, to know the performance of the employees of PT Pratama Abadi Sukabumi Industrial, to know how the work ability of employees in production on performance of employees of PT Pratama Abadi Industry Sukabumi.Research on sample is random slovin formula using as many as 100 people. The research method used is Descriptive Method and test the hypothesis by using analysis of Rank Spearman. Reliability test done to find out the accuracy in measurement and test the validity of a measure to see whether something correctly. The results of this research show that there are employee abilities influence the production of PT Pratama Abadi Industri kolerasi coefficient of 0.723. kolerasi Value lies between 0.76-1.00, it contains the kriterian relationship is a very strong relationship. The existence of a relationship between work ability against variable employee performance, giving an existing theory and research hypotheses to justify the author submitted. Based on the determination of the coefficient (KD) of 0522 meaning influence the ability of work on performance (X) (Y) employees of 52.22% and the remaining 48.88% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.From the results of these calculations suggest that the better the working ability of the better performance of employees. It also performed a t-test to determine whether research done refuse or accept the hypothesis. The t-value is calculated in the study was 14.97 means t-count t-> tables (14.97 > 2,000) can be drawn the conclusion that the hypothesis H0 is rejected in other words there is the influence of the ability of the employee against employee performance.
