Sebagai pribadi, memang sisi kepemimpinannya masih lemah. Namun ia dapat menjalin interaksi yang baik dengan lingkungannya, termasuk pula bekerjasama dalam team untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Bila berhadapan dengan masalah tak terduga yang muncul dari dalam maupun luar pekerjaan, ia mampu menampilkan emosi secara wajar dan mengelola emosinya tersebut dengan tepat. Ia bukan orang yang mudah terpancing situasi. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.

As individuals, it is still weak leadership side. But he can establish a good interaction with the environment, including the work in a team to achieve the desired goal. When faced with unexpected problems that arise from inside or outside of work, he was able to show emotions appropriately and manage these emotions appropriately.
