Analytic Network Process (ANP) meru

Analytic Network Process (ANP) merupakan alat pengambilan keputusan yang dapat menemukan hubungan sebab akibat karena mengidentifikasi penting tidaknya efek hubungan diantara sasaran strategis berdasarkan pembobotan (Saaty dan Vargas 2013). ANP dilakukan dengan menggunakan software Super Decisions. Super Decisions merupakan alat yang dapat digunakan dalam pengambilan keputusan dengan menganalisis tingkat kepentingan berdasarkan ketergantungan dan umpan balik (Linda 2013). Penggunaan ANP memungkinkan diketahuinya sasaran strategis yang menjadi prioritas dalam upaya perbaikan kinerja. ANP dilakukan dengan mengembangkan struktur model keputusan; pembentukan matriks perbandingan berpasangan dari variabel yang saling terkait; perhitungan rasio konsistensi (CR); penghitungan supermatriks; dan bobot kepentingan dari komponen dan elemen.

ANP is done using Super software Decisions. Super Decisions is a tool that can be used in decision-making by analyzing importance based on dependence and feedback (Linda 2013). The use of the ANP allows for causing strategic goals are a priority in the performance improvement efforts. ANP is done by developing the structure of the model decision; formation of paired comparison matrix of interlinked variables; calculation of the ratio of the consistency (CR); tally supermatriks; and weighs the importance of the components and elements.
