ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pengaruh isolat mikoriza berbeda rhizosfer asal dan pupuk NPK berbeda dosis terhadap ketersediaan dan serapan NPK serta hasil tanaman jagung dan menentukan dosis optimum pupuk NPK untuk setiap isolat mikoriza berbeda rhizosfer asal yang diinokulasikan terhadap hasil tanaman jagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) yang terdiri atas 20 perlakuan kombinasi dengan tiga ulangan yaitu tanpa mikoriza dan tanpa pupuk (m0p0), tanpa mikoriza + 25% dosis NPK (m0p1), tanpa mikoriza + 50% dosis NPK (m0p2), tanpa mikoriza + 75% dosis NPK (m0p3), tanpa mikoriza + 100% dosis NPK (m0p4), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman jagung + tanpa pupuk (m1p0), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman jagung + 25% dosis NPK (m1p1), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman jagung + 50% dosis NPK (m1p2), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman jagung + 75% dosis NPK (m1p3), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman jagung + 100% dosis NPK (m1p4), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman ubi kayu + tanpa pupuk (m2p0), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman ubi kayu + 25% dosis NPK (m2p1), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman ubi kayu + 50% dosis NPK (m2p2), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman ubi kayu + 75% dosis NPK (m2p3), mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman ubi kayu + 100% dosis NPK (m2p4), mikoriza asal serpong + tanpa pupuk (m3p0), mikoriza asal serpong + 25% dosis NPK (m3p1), mikoriza asal serpong + 50% dosis NPK (m3p2), mikoriza asal serpong + 75% dosis NPK (m3p3), mikoriza asal serpong + 100% dosis NPK (m3p4). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan mikoriza dan dosis pupuk NPK mampu meningkatkan ketersediaan NPK, serapan NPK, bobot kering tanaman dan bobot biji pipilan kering. Uji regresi menunjukkan dosis optimum NPK pada perlakuan m0 tidak dapat ditentukan karena bersifat linear, sedangkan dosis optimum pupuk NPK pada perlakuan yang diinokulasikan mikoriza asal rhizosfer tanaman jagung (m1) yaitu 50,66% dosis anjuran, pada perlakuan mikoriza asal rizosfer ubi kayu (m2) adalah 45,11%, dan pada perlakuan mikoriza asal serpong (m3) adalah 46,10%.

The results showed the treatment dose and NPK fertilizer mycorrhiza was able to increase the availability of NPK NPK uptake, dry weights, plant and seed weights pipilan dry. Regression test shows the optimum dosage of NPK on m0 treatment cannot be determined because of the linear nature of the optimum dose, whereas fertilizer NPK treatments on the diinokulasikan original rhizosfer mycorrhiza corn plants (m1) namely 50,66% dosage recommendations, on the origin of mycorrhiza treatments rizosfer manioc (m2) was 45,11%, and on the origin of mycorrhiza treatments serpong (m3) is 46,10%.Key words: corn, Mycorrhiza, NPK Uptake.
