Abdul mendengar suara terompet yang berarti ratu victoria telah datang ke istana. Abdul segera menyerahkan nampan tersebut dengan tangan gemetar. Setelah menyerahkan nampan, abdul berjalan mundur dan dengan berani dia melihat mata ratu victoria. Mereka saling bertatap mata. Dan abdul melanjutkan berjalan mundur untuk kembali ke tempatnya. Sang ratu nampak tidak murung waktu itu
