Guru yang berprestasi, berdedikasi luar biasa dan/atau bertugas di daerah khusus berhak memperoleh penghargaan


Pemerintah, pemerintah daerah, masyarakat, organisasi prosfesi, dan/atau satuan pendidikan tinggi wajib memberikan perlindungan terhadap guru dalam pelaksanaan tugas.


Guru memperoleh cuti sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.




Pengangkatan dan penempatan guru dilakukan secara objektif dan transparan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan.



Pemerintah dan pemerintah daerah wajib menyediakan anggaran untuk peningkatan kualifikasi akademik dan sertifikasi pendidik bagi guru dalam jabatan yang diangkat oleh satuan pendidikan yang diselenggarakan oleh Pemerintah, pemerintah daerah, dan masyarakat.
