saya terkesan dengan pernyataan yang menyatakan bahwa para imigrant di atas umur 16-17 tahun harus mampu dan bisa untuk hidup mandiri, dan seperti yang saya ketahui orang luar negeri terutama U.S dan Australia anak yang telah memasuki sekolah menengah atas atau di umur 16-17 mereka sudah bisa mengatur waktu mereka sendiri tanpa ada bantuan orang tua lagi.
