Museum Batik dengan luas 40 m2 dan bangunan yang sangat sederhana memamerkan 1149 koleksi batik, antara lain wayang beber dari kain batik yang berusia ratusan tahun serta alat tenun tradisional ATBM (Alat Tenun Bukan Mesin) maupun peralatan untuk proses membuat batik dan dikelola oleh Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (P & K) Kota Pekalongan.
