Jika kita ingin meningkatkan produktivitas, maka harus ada perbaikan sistem kerja yang lebih baik. Salah satu cara yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka perbaikan sistem kerja yakni menggunakan konsep konstruksi ramping (lean construction).
