Pendidikan karakter dalam diri individu, harus terbina sejak usia dini di lingkungan keluarga, melalui pengasuhan yang dilakukan oleh ayah dan ibu, secara bersama-sama dan berkesinambungan. Namun hal ini tidak bisa terjadi di lingkungan keluarga Tenaga Kerja Wanita (TKW), dimana sang ibu bekerja di luar negeri dalam kurun waktu tertentu.
