Komponen pracetak pada pembuatannya terbagi menjadi dua yakni sistem pracetak pabrik dan sistem pracetak di lokasi proyek. Pengalaman project manajer pada perusahaan konstruksi yang berpengalaman menggunakan komponen pracetak pabrik tertinggi dilakukan pada balok. Balok lebih cenderung biasa digunakan pada proyek gedung yang pernah dilakukan oleh perusahaan konstruksi Kota Surabaya. Untuk lebih jelas dapat dilihat pada gambar 4.6.

Prefabricated components on the production was divided into two i.e. the system of prefabricated prefabricated system factory and on site project.
