Survei pendahuluan pada awal penelitian, dilakukan dengan wawancara. Wawancara pada survei pendahuluan berujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi pemahaman dan pengalaman kontraktor terhadap Just In Time. Wawancara dilakukan kepada beberapa perusahaan konstruksi di Kota Surabaya. Wawancara juga dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi penerapan Just In Time terhadap penggunaan jenis material yang sesuai dan mengetahui situasi untuk keputusan JIT. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap pihak internal perusahaan. Hasil wawancara dapat dilihat pada lampiran 2.

Results (English) 1:

A preliminary survey at the beginning of the study, done with the interview. Preliminary survey interviews on berujuan to get information understanding and experience of the contractors against Just In Time. Interviews were conducted with a number of construction companies in the city of Surabaya. Interviews were also conducted to obtain information the application Just In Time against the use of this type of material that is appropriate for the situation and know the decision of the JIT. The interview was conducted against internal party company. The results of the interview can be seen in Appendix 2.
