Islam merupakan agama dan system hidup yang sempurna, islam memahami kebutuhan manusia berdasarkan kecenderungan dalam diri manusia baik jasmani maupun rohani. Islam mengakui fitrah dan insting manusia sebagai mahluk ciptaan Allah, mahluk yang suka bermain-main bergembira dan bersenang – senang, sebagaimana mereka diciptakan sebagai mahluk yang suka makan dan minum.
