Dalam hal ini perlu kejelasan siapa yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, atau siapa yang berkedudukan sebagai pembuat/pelaku tindak pidana, dan kemudian siapa yang dipertanggungjawabkan. Di sini berhubungan dengan subyek hukum pidana. Masalah pertanggungjawaban juga menyangkut pelakunya mempunyai kesalahan atau tidak, sehubungan dengan itu dikenal dalam hukum pidana Asas Tiada Pidana Tanpa Kesalahan (Geen Straf Zonder Schuld).

Have been put forward to note in the determination of the crime, including the issue of accountability. In this case need clarity who can be accounted for, or who serves as the maker/perpetrator of the crime, and then who's accountable. Here relate to the subject of the criminal law. The issue of accountability was also concerned the culprit had a mistake or not, with respect to that known in the criminal law principle of No Criminal Without errors (Geen Straf Without Schuld).

It has been argued that need to be considered in the determination of a criminal offense as well as liability issues. In this case needs to be clear who is accountable, or who serves as maker / perpetrators of criminal acts, and then who is accountable. Here relate to the subject of criminal law. The problem of accountability is also about the culprit has a fault or not, therefore it is known in the criminal law principle of No Criminal Without Error (Geen Straf Zonder Schuld).
