Subyek di dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan produksi setter PT. Mitra Saruta Indonesia di bagian Setter yang dijumlahkan ada 82 karyawan. Dan di dalam bagian ini terdapat 27 subyek karyawan laki-laki dan 55 subyek karyawan perempuan. Perinciannya dapat dilihat pada tabel berikut:
