Dari sisi pribadi, ia mampu menyesuaikan diri dan beradaptasi di lingkungan sosialnya. Meskipun belum begitu kuat, namun ia cukup terbuka untuk bekerja sama dan berusaha untuk bisa membina hubungan baik dengan orang lain yang ada di sekitarnya. Dalam menghadapi situasi emosional, ia cukup mampu menahan dan mengendalikan dirinya untuk tidak mudah terpancing dengan situasi emosi sesaat. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
