Penelitian di puskesmas Kampar Riau menunjukan bahwa 70.7% memiliki pola makan dengan kategori tidak teratur. Penelitian lain menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa yang menjalani system KBK, dengan pola makan yang tidak teratur berisiko gastritis sebesar 70.8%.
