Permasalahan pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan komponen pracetak menjadi material yang efektif untuk pembangunan di Kota Surabaya. Keberhasilan penggunaan komponen pracetak dipengaruhi oleh aspek manajemen. Manajemen yang mampu mengontrol dan meningkatkan nilai ialah metode just in time. Namun berdasarkan survei pendahuluan sebagian besar proyek konstruksi kota Surabaya memahami metode JIT tapi belum menggunakan metode JIT. Sehingga tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan metode JIT untuk komponen pracetak.

The problems in this research is the use of prefabricated components become an effective material for construction in the city of Surabaya. The success of the use of prefabricated components are influenced by management. The management is able to control and increase the value of is the method just in time. But based on preliminary survey most of the construction project of the city of Surabaya to understand the method JIT, but not using JIT. So the purpose of this research is to know the factors that influence the decision of the use of methods JIT for prefabricated components.
