Dari uraian latar belakang masalah diatas maka dapat dirumuskan permasalahan pokok yang mendasari perlunya dilakukan penelitian ini adalah : faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan project manajer pada perusahaan konstruksi Kota Surabaya dalam penggunaan metode Just-In Time khususnya untuk komponen pracetak bangunan.

From the explanation above, background problem can be formulated the basic problems underlying the need to do this research are: factors that influence the decision of the project manager in construction company and the city of Surabaya in the use of the method of Just-In Time especially for prefabricated building components.
