Inovasi dalam pelayanan publik sangat dibutuhkan sebagai salah satu upaya menuju pelayanan yang lebih baik atau good governanced dan juga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan dari masyarakat. Inovasi layanan transaksi E-government pada bidang perizinan di kota Malang yang mempunyai tujuan untuk meningkatkan dan memperbaiki pelayanan yang mudah, efisien, transparan dan akuntabel serta mengantisipasi sistem antrian yang panjang hanya untuk mendapatkan suatu pelayanan yang sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwasannya dalam inovasi layanan transaksi E-government dilakukan upaya dan kerjasama. Kemudian masih adanya beberapa faktor penghambat tentunya disinilah tantangan terhadap pemerintah dalam terciptanya inovasi layanan transaksi E-government sehingga terwujudnya good governance.

The results of this study indicate bahwasannya in service innovation E-government transactions and cooperation efforts. Then there still exists some inhibiting factors of course is where the challenge to the government in the creation of innovative services E-government transactions so that the realization of good governance.
