Untuk project manajer yang menerapkan berpendapat bahwa dengan menggunakan metode JIT mampu mengendalikan biaya, dan mengatur keterbatasan lahan. Berdasarkan fakta empiris yang telah dilakukan perlu diteliti lebih lanjut mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan project manajer menggunakan metode Just In Time khususnya untuk komponen pracetak. Faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan tersebut terbagi menjadi dua yakni faktor pendukung dan penghambat.
