menurut pendapat saya sebagai konsumen dalam kelas online, saya merasa lebih dimudahkan dalam melakukan pembelajaran. Sebagai konsumen biasanya terdapat beberapa aturan sebelum memulai kelas online. Ada beberapa website kelas online yang mewajibkan siswa nya untuk daftar terlebih dahulu dan kemudian mengisi beberapa data. Setelah itu diperintahkan untuk mengikuti petunjuk berikutnya. Setelah pelajaran dimulai ada beberapa website yang menyediakan beberapa soal latihan dan diberi waktu untuk menjawab soal tersebut. Setelah pelajaran selesai kadang ada juga disediakan kuis untuk melatih materi yang telah mereka pelajari sebelumnya dan kemudian diberi nilai. Selain itu ada juga yang menampilkan beberapa materi dengan cara permainan,ini bertujuan untuk membuat siswa lebih mudah memahami materinya.
