Dari fenomena yang terjadi ini dapat disimpulkan untuk masyarakat kelas atas dengan pendapatan di atas Rp. 2.000.000 diharapkan untuk memakai gas elpiji 5,5 kg karena gas subsidi gas 3 kg hanya untuk di gunakan untuk masyarakat kelas bawah yang pendapatan nya di bawah Rp. 2.000.000 terutama untuk para pns di Indonesia. Kemudian, pemerintah sudah kerja sama dengan pt. pertamina dengan waktu dekat ini akan membuat kartu khusus, yang hanya di dapatkan oleh masyarakat kelas bawah jadi sewaktu membeli gas subsidi hanya orang yang memiliki kartu khusus saja yang bisa membelinya. Kebijakan ini memang belum ada aturan resmi dari pemerintah tetapi kebijakan ini hanya untuk membuat masyarakat kelas atas sadar bahwa yang bukan hak nya jangan di ambil. Diharapkan, untuk masyarakat Indonesia dapat mengerti atas kebijakan pemerintah ini.
