Jaminan

Pihak kedua menjamin barang yang di jualnya adalah sah produksi PT CLEMAN PENDEM sendiri.
Pasal 4
Asuransi

1. Pihak kedua memberikan asuransi kepada pihak pertama apabila ada sesuatu yang terjadi pada saat produksi, pengepakkan, pengiriman, dll di luar kekuasaan pihak kedua.
2. Perusahaan asuransi yang digunakan dalam perjanjian ini adalah Perusahaan asuransi yang ditunjuk oleh Pihak Pertama yaitu PT. Indah Ansurance dimana biayanya merupakan kewajiban Pihak Kedua.
3. Asuransi yang digunakan dalam perajanjian ini adalah Asuransi Muatan barang kapal
