Rifampicin, isoniazid, dan pirazina

Rifampicin, isoniazid, dan pirazinamid merupakan Obat Anti Tuberkulosis (OAT) yang tersedia dalam bentuk Fixed Dose Combination (FDC). Sediaan FDC ini lebih praktis dalam penggunaannya sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan pasien Tuberkulosis (TB) dalam mengkonsumsi obat. Namun pada beberapa penelitian masih ditemukan FDC yang subdosis. FDC yang subdosis dapat mengakibatkan pengobatan TB menjadi kurang optimal dan meningkatnya risiko resistensi OAT. Tingginya kasus TB di negara berkembangseperti Indonesia mengharuskan adanya uji pemastian dosis obat FDC. Tujuan dari kajian pustaka ini untuk kajian literatur penetapan kadar rifampisin, isoniazid, dan pirazinamid dengan menggunakan metode Kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT) kajian literatur penetapan kadar rifampisin, isoniazid, dan pirazinamid dengan menggunakan metode Kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT) Video Densitometri. Dapat ditentukan kadarnya dengan menggunakan KLT Video Densitometri. Denagn fase diam TLC Silika gel 60 GF254, menggunakan fase gerak terbalik dengan fase gerak campuran yaitu etanol : air (95:5 v/v) + 5% asam asetat glasial + 1% dietilamin. Penggunaan metode Kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT) video densitometri diharapkan dapat menjadi metode alternatif karena kromatografi lapis tipis (KLT) video densitometri memiliki keunggulan dari segi biaya, waktu dan instrumentasi yang sederhana.
