Rumor terbaru terkait Samsung Galaxy S5 beredar. Kini ponsel pintar generasi terbaru milik Samsung itu siap dipersenjatai RAM hingga 4GB.

Rumor ini melengkapi kabar sebelumnya bahwa prosesor Galaxy S5 akan menggunakan sistem 64-bit, sama dengan yang saat ini dipakai iPhone 5S.

Bedanya adalah pada RAM 4GB yang muncul dalam rumor terbaru ini. Hal ini diduga sebagai upaya menyaingi iPhone 5S yang "masih" memakai RAM 1GB.
