Uji Validitas dengan Uji Confirmatiry Factor Analysis atau Uji Validitas konstruk (indikator) yaitu mengukur apakah konstruk (indikator) mampu atau tidak merefleksikan variabel eksogen. Hasilnya memenuhi kriteria yaitu nilai Critical Ratio (CR) > 1,96 dengan Probability (P) < 0,05. Tanda *** adalah signifikan < 0,001.
Uji Reliabilitas dengan Uji Construct Reliability, yaitu menguji keandalan dan konsistensi data. Memenuhi kriteria apabila Construct Reliability > 0,7. Nilai Construct Reliability diantara 0,6 s/d 0,7 masih dapat diterima dengan syarat validitas konstruk (indikator) dalam model adalah baik. Hasilnya semua diatas 0,7.

The performance evaluation of irrigation systems shows the percentage of different figures. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis memperoleh prosentase penilaian dengan kategori baik diharapkan untuk tahun-tahun selanjutnya pihak BBWS Cimanuk Cisanggarung dapat mengelola Daerah Irigasi Cikeusik sehingga tidak mengalami penurunan serta dapat mengarsipkan data-data yang berkaitan dengan DI Cikeusik untuk bahan evaluasi untuk kinerja yang lebih baik di tahun yang akan datang
Mengapa memakai SEM?
menurut saya SEM merupakan analisis yang tepat digunakan untuk analisis multivariat dalam penelitian sosial selain keuangan atau variabel yang digunakan menggunakan skala nominal/rasio. Karena dalam beberapa kasus, peneliti harus menggunakan variabel laten (variabel yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung). Misalnya kepuasan konsumen, motivasi, komitmen organisasional, dll. Variabel tersebut tidak dapat diukur secara langsung sehingga peneliti harus menggunakan beberapa indikator atau pertanyaan kuesioner. SEM mampu menguji penelitian yang kompleks dan banyak variabel secara simultan. SEM dapat menyelesaikan analisis dengan satu kali estimasi dimana yang lain diselesaikan dengan beberapa persamaan regresi. SEM dapat melakukan analisis faktor, regresi dan jalur sekaligus.
