Penelitian merupakan peneilitian kausal, penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan-hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya.Metode yang digunakan untuk menganilis keterkaitan antar variable dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling). Metode SEM digunakan untuk mengukur hubungan antara independent dan dependent construct, serta model measurement yang mengukur hubungan (nilai loading) antara variabel indikator dengan konstruk (variabel laten) dalam stuktur model pengembangan knowledge management ritel tradisional. Dalam penelitian ini analisis measurement model dan structural model dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software lisrel 8.8.

Research is causal, peneilitian research aims to analyze the relations between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects the other variable. The methods used to menganilis the association between variables in this study is in methods of SEM (Stuctural Equation Modeling). SEM methods used to measure the relationship between the independent and dependent, as well as construct a measure measurement model relationships (loading value) between the indicator variable with invalid constructs (the latent variables) in the structure model of the development of knowledge management in traditional retail. In this research analysis measurement models and structural models are done using lisrel 8.8 software help.

In this study, measurement analysis and structural model of the model is done by using statistical software LISREL 8.8.
