Pola tanam sebagai petak utama, yang terdiri dari pola tanam agroforestri (S1) dan monokultur (S0). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan pola tanam agroforestri mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan produksi pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman kedelai. Hasil yang terbaik ditunjukan pada varietas kedelai anjasmoro dengan menggunakan pola tanam agroforestri.
