PT Pertamina (Persero) merupakan badan usaha milik negara yang bergerak di bidang energi meliputi minyak, gas serta energi baru dan terbarukan. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) agar bisa menjadi SDM berkualitas dan berkelas dunia, maka PT Pertamina (Persero) mendirikan Pertamina Corporate University (PCU). PCU sendiri berfungsi sebagai pelaksana pembelajaran dan pelatihan untuk memberdayakan SDM di PT Pertamina (Persero). Dalam setiap pelatihan yang diselenggarakan dibutuhkan anggaran untuk mendukung berjalannya proses pelatihan, akan tetapi dalam proses pendataan anggaran pelatihan masih ditemukan kekurangan, seperti kesalahan dalam penginputan data dan informasi yang diperoleh kurang real time. Oleh kerena itu, dibuatlah Sistem E-Budgeting untuk Realisasi Anggaran Biaya Pelatihan Karyawan Berbasis Website (Studi Kasus: PT Pertamina (Persero)). Sistem ini dibuat dengan tujuan untuk meminimalisir kesalahan input data dan dapat menyajikan informasi mengenai anggaran pelatihan secara real time serta menambahkan dan menyempurnakan fungsi-fungsi yang masih ada kekurangan.Sistem yang akan dibuat merupakan pengembangan dari Sistem Informasi Training Budget. Untuk mengembangkan sistem ini dibutuhkan bahasa pemrograman Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) dengan framework CodeIgniter, MariaDB untuk sistem manajemen database relasional dan Unified Modelling Language (UML) untuk pemodelan visualisasi. Sistem yang dibuat dapat digunakan untuk menginputkan anggaran dari setiap direktorat dan dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui jumlah realisasi dan sisa anggaran dari setiap direktorat. Fungsi-fungsi yang ditambahkan dapat berjalan dengan semestinya.

To increase the competence of human resources (HR) in order to become qualified human resources and a world-class, PT Pertamina (Persero) established Pertamina Corporate University (PCU). PCU itself serves as the implementing learning and training to empower HR at PT Pertamina (Persero). In any organized training needed funds to support the passage of the training process, but in the process of data collection training budget still found deficiencies, such as errors in inputting data and information obtained less real time. By because it made E-Budgeting System for Employee Training Cost Actual Budget Based Website (Case Study: PT Pertamina (Persero)). This system was designed with the aim to minimize data input errors and can provide information about the training budget in real time as well as add and enhance the functions that there are still shortcomings.
The system to be made is the development of Information Systems Training Budget. To develop this system required a programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) with CodeIgniter framework, MariaDB for relational database management systems and Unified Modeling Language (UML) for modeling visualization.
The system created can be used to input the budget of each directorate and can be used to determine the actual amount and the rest of the budget of each directorate. The functions that can be added running properly.
