Disiapkan kultur BAL 24jam kemudian diambil 2,5ml dan di masukan kedalam Na algimat streril. Campur hingga rata. Tuang suspensi kultur , hingga terbentuk butiran butiran kecil. Diankan selama 1jam. Kemudian buang cairan dan cuci dengan larutan NaCl 0.85% streril. Masukkan kedalam dua botol. Botol pertama disimpan pada suhu 5oC selama satu minggu dan cek viabilitas BALnya. Botol kedua simpan pada suhu 15 derajat celcius.
