Kecelakaan dalam industri sesungguh

Kecelakaan dalam industri sesungguhnya merupakan hasil akhir dari suatu aturan dan kondisi kerja yang tidak aman. Namun demikian kecelakaan itu sendiri dapat dicegah, karena kecelakaan itu tidak terjadi dengan sendirinya. Kecelakaan biasanya timbul sebagai hasil gabungan dari beberapa faktor, tiga yang paling utama adalah faktor pekerjaan, lingkungan kerja, dan pekerja itu sendiri. Secara umum penyebab kecelakaan ada dua, yaitu unsafe action (faktor manusia) dan unsafe condition (faktor lingkungan).

Accidents in the industry is actually the end result of a rule and unsafe working conditions. However, the accident itself can be prevented, because the accident did not happen by itself. Accidents usually arise as a result of a combination of several factors, the most important are the three factors, work environment, and the workers themselves. In general, there are two causes of accidents, namely unsafe action (human factor) and unsafe condition (environmental factors).
