Penilaian Budaya Hukum Penyelenggara Pendidikan

Berdasarkan hasil angket menunjukan bahwa 58% atau sejumlah 18 orang dari 30 responden penyelenggara pendidikan mengetahui dan memahami peraturan di lingkungan sekolah.

1. Penilaian/persepsi (budaya hukum) pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan terhadap hukum pendidikan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar.
Berdasarkan hasil observasi, wawancara dan hasil angket mengenai persepsi (budaya hukum) pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan terhadap hukum pendidikan pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dapat dijelaskan bahwa sebagai tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan mengetahui, memahami dan melaksanakan peraturan yang ada di lingkungan sekolah. Menurutnya aturan yang ada di lingkungan sekolah dibuat untuk mendukung sistem kegiatan belajar mengajar (KBM). Hal tersebut tergambar dari diagram yang berikut ini.
