1. Siapkan alat seperti spuit misal 5cc, bak instrumen, bengkok, alkohol swab, obat (ranitidin)
2. Buka obat dari ampul
3. Ambil obat dengan menggunakan spuit
4. Lakukan fiksasi dan hilangkan grlembung apabila terdapat gelembung
5. Bebaskan area penyuntikan pada selang infus dengan menggunakan alkohol swab
6. Matikan tetesan cairan pada selang infus
7. Tusukan spuit ke dalam karet selang dengan kemiringan 45 derajat
8. Tekan spuit agar obat masuk ke dalam selang infus
9. Setelah masuk, ambil spuit dari karet selang
10. Buang spuit ke bengkok
11. Atur kembali tetesan selang infus
